As far as I can tell, you have to actively “work” those rewards programs if you want to really be able to use them. Some folks get crazy mad and start recycling points to get free miles (use your credit card to inadvertently buy cashier checks to pay your bill).

One way or another, you should use your miles. I lost thousands of miles with American when they decided to change the contract on everyone and add an expiration date! Bastards…

Wooo blog wooo

I got my credit card today. (Now I can go overseas. But more importantly I can purchase webcomic tshirts! woo yeah nerd stuff)
I intend to gain/collect True Reward points, wot I can then redeem in the form of Petrol/Gas/Fuel vouchers. Or … other stuff too, but I figure Gas would be pretty important. Given that it is seriously expensive.

Quick, reinspire me to send that message I was gonna send.
